Head of Cleaning Department

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Develop cleaning direction in the company;
  • Establish close working relationship with clients for every object;
  • Prepare presentations and offers to potential counteragents;
  • Negotiate, prepare and conclude contracts with customers;
  • Procurement of cleaning utilities;
  • Manage cleaning team, both staff personnel and contractors;
  • Ensure that requirements for schedule, quality and cost are met;
  • Act as a single point of contact to customers and 3rd parties as far as cleaning is concerned.

 Required Skills, Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Higher education in public administration, economics, sales, marketing or a relative field;
  • 2 years full-time experience as an administrator / economic executive;
  • Experience in facilities services or cleaning advantageous;
  • Good communicator and results focused;
  • Knowledge of MS Office;
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Fluent English and literate Russian and Ukrainian;
  • 2 years experience of people management.
