Responsibilities and tasks:
  • Draft agreements with counteragents, clients and partners;
  • Manage operation procedures, instructions and product manuals;
  • Prepare Powers of Attorney;
  • Act as the single point of contact for notaries and state authorities;
  • Maintain relations with landlords as far as legal issues are concerned;
  • Manage legal issues on the company activities and projects.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Higher education in law;
  • 1 year full-time experience as a legal assistant or a lawyer, preferably in real estate or property management sphere;
  • Knowledge of real estate legislation;
  • Good communicator and result-focused;
  • Knowledge of MS Office;
  • Knowledge of English.
