Engineering Activity

          Modern researches give evidence concerning occurring gap between the processes of structural design and facility maintenance. Construction project can be fulfilled faultlessly, within the limits of underlying parameters, but the built and reconstructed building will not be able to function with due effectiveness, if these parameters are established incorrectly, i.e. without taking into account the necessities of effective facility maintenance. Even if a construction design is performed on the basis of an ideal task, this project has to be developed and realized under conditions of dynamically changing circumstances and reach its culmination when the building is transferred in due condition to its proprietor and users together with the information necessary for the guarantee of its correct maintenance. Our services in engineering are based on interrelations between real estate designing and facility maintenance. They play a role of an essential link in the life process which secures raise of effectiveness of the project planning, elaborating technical design work and directly implementing design by system analysis and taking into account how people use the environment.
