Rustler Property Services LLC contracted to manage shopping center City Center in Nikolayev. RPS provides complex services on commercial and facility management, marketing and building infrastructure management.
City Center was opened in 2006 and belongs to Austrian company UNIQA Real Estate AG from August, 2008. Total area of the complex is 25000 m2. The shopping center is four-level complex with entertaining zone, supermarket, cinema and wide range of goods and services proposed by tenants.
